The number of cameras depends on the size and layout of your premises, the number of entry/exit points, and any high-risk areas such as server rooms, cash-handling areas, or parking. Our engineers conduct a free site survey to map the optimal camera positions before any quotation is issued.

Yes. All systems we install include a secure mobile application (iOS and Android) for remote viewing of live footage and recorded playback. Access is protected by two-factor authentication to prevent unauthorized viewing.

Standard installations include 30 days of local recording on the NVR/DVR hard drive. Extended storage (60 or 90 days) is available with larger capacity drives. Cloud backup packages are available that retain footage for up to 12 months.

Yes. All cameras supplied by Filao Networks are equipped with either infrared night vision or full-colour night vision technology. Infrared cameras can see in complete darkness up to 30–80 meters. Full-colour cameras use existing ambient light to produce colour images at night.

Yes. We recommend installing an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) alongside the NVR/DVR system and cameras, which we can supply and configure. Most UPS units provide 4–8 hours of backup power sufficient to maintain recording during most outages.
